Process

From concept and feasibility to finish carpentry and hardware installation we are able to provide our services at any point in your project. We are a general contractor and provide our clients with design assistance, cost estimating, scheduling, project management and performance, subcontracting, material procurement, consulting, and insurance repairs.

Bring your plans and specs or let us help walk you through the design process. After a design is agreed upon, we provide preliminary pricing that is broken down in a project linear oriented fashion. Our labor, subcontractor, overhead, management, and profit fees are also outlined within the quote. Our clients appreciate the value of understanding costs involved in performing their project. 

We excercise transparency in all aspects and maintain a client portal through our software so you can track your project throughout.
